January Challenge: The Jump Rope Challenge

The new year is a time to challenge yourself to be better than ever. We are going to have a few OPTIONAL challenges for the month or January.

Yes, it is! Girl ATHLETES and ANY Athlete. Before the winter break, the challenge is going to be shared with Freshman and Senior students. It is an optional challenge, but one that I hope many will accept.
